GYMNASTS CODE OF CONDUCT

-Always listen to your coach and act upon their instructions at all times.

- Do not use the apparatus until your coach allows you to do so.

- If you have long hair, make sure this is tied back.

- Wear the appropriate attire, i.e. leotard or t-shirt and shorts/leggings. 

- No jewellery whatsoever.

- Please visit the toilet before class.

- Be kind and respectful to others.

- Finally, have fun!


PARENTS

-Please ensure your child arrives on time for the class.

 - Please make sure your child is appropriately dressed.

 - Please do not bring your child to the gym if they are unwell, have a temperature or display and COVID symptoms.

 - Please ensure you arrive on time to collect your child.

 - Inform the coaches if there is a change in your contact details.

 - Notify the club as soon as possible if you want your child to leave the club.

 - If I have a problem/issue I will wait until either the start or end of class to speak to the coach. I will not interrupt a class.

 - I will not take pictures or videos during the class.

 - I will accept and respect the coaches decisions.

 - I understand that due to child protection, I cannot enter the gym during class.

 - I give permission for my child to participate in all activities at Bridge Gymnastics

 - If my child should miss 3 consecutive sessions, I will inform the club, as failure to do so could result in the loss of my child’s place.

 - I understand and accept that no refund will be given.

  • I understand that all classes are non refundable and non transferable.
  • I understand that for if any reason, the club has to close, that all sessions will be moved online for the remainder of the block.

Please note that children must be potty trained to attend class. 

Club membership is applicable at the point of registering.

You will be required to register your child with British Gymnastics, this is their individual insurance and will not be permitted to classes without this completed. Membership should be no more than £25.


MEDICAL DECLARATION

  • I confirm my child is physically fit and healthy and I will undertake to advise you of any change.
  • I consider him/her capable of talking part in gymnastics.
  • I have completed the section above on medical details and have given consent that in the event of any illness/accident any necessary treatment can be administered.
  • I confirm that I have read through the participant’s code of conduct with my child and they understand and agree to abide by the rules.
  • In joining this class, I declare that I am aware of the element of risk involved and while I accept that the coaches will take precautions to prevent accidents, I understand that they may not be held responsible for loss, damage or injury to my child.
