Teen Gym is a recreational class for gymnasts in secondary school (Year 8+), to experience gymnastics in a relaxed, non pressurised environment.

Gymnasts can try a variety of disciplines such as team gym, tumbling, double mini trampoline, acrobatics, rhythmic and general gymnastics (bars, beam, floor and vault).

We do offer competitions at Christmas and in the summer term but this is completely optional. Gymnasts will also have the opportunity to join our Leadership academy.

British Gymnastics membership (insurance) will be required, typically after the second session. However you will be prompted when to do so.
All classes are non refundable and non transferable.
