Our club competition is for FUN, this isn’t a pressurised event as most of our gymnasts are training recreationally one hour a week. If a gymnast forgets their routine coaches/judges will prompt. Equally, if there is an apparatus that the gymnast does not want to compete, they do not have to. The competition will be in sessions and you will get your session time at least 1 week prior to the event. ❗️Please note that this is still a competition and medals will be reserved for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. All gymnasts will receive a participation certificate and a selection box.
